MEMBERSHIP OATH:

You have become a student of the Urantia Book in order to know more about God. The Book has two major purposes - to save men's souls and to illuminate men's minds. We know we are amateurs and we all feel very inadequate for the task of spreading the revelation of God and his universe which has been given to us in The Urantia Book. Jesus was a revelation of God and the Urantia Book further reveals some of the plans this loving Father has for his children and some facts about his universe.

As a student of the Book you have indicated your wish to become a member of the First Society of Oklahoma. Your KEY is "Sincerity, sincerity, and more sincerity."

Do you ____, ___________, _______ (fill in the names) have a sincere interest in and a willingness to understand - the teaching of the Urantia Book? Do each of you desire to join the First Society of Oklahoma - whose by-laws and constitution ,along with those of the Fellowship, you agree to accept and abide by? Now being fully cognizant of the obligations and privileges, that go with your acceptance of these "teachings," you have herewith pledged you will ever be alert to opportunities for service, in the brotherhood of man under the Fatherhood of God.

Welcome to our fellowship!
