With various people in our group going a variety of directions, fulfilling commitments and just generally out of pocket, Family Worship class has been canceled this month.

Prayerfully we will meet again on August 15 and keep this going even though we have fewer and fewer children to minister to.

Some of our young people are out of town, so it was decided to move the monthly family class back a week to 6/27/2010.

It's that time of the month again, time for our Monthly Family Worship. We will gather at 10:00 a.m. at the home of Michael & Beth Challis, 8904 N. Kensington, share a delicious pot-luck brunch, fellowship and learn how to worship our heavenly father with the guidance of dear sweet Charlene Morrow.

We gathered all 19 of us at Jerry Pando's house.  Bibi is still in Colombia.  A delicious brunch was followed by a wonderful skit by the youth as directed by Susan M.  about the graduate guides.  This being such a graduation time of year, it was very appropriate, especially knowing that we all graciously graduate to the mansion worlds someday and experience many other graduations on our climb to the portals of Paradise. The kids did a great job on such short notice and if you email Karen at tommykaren@cox.net, she will send you a grainy copy of the skit for you to enjoy.  The adults read about the Graduate Guides in the paper on the Higher Personalities of the infinite Spirit and delved into all sorts of intellectual enlightenments about our journey inward.

See you June 20th for our next foray into the truth as experienced on less experienced levels with our kids and  adults.

Susan Cook graced our presence and gracefully conducted our class. After a delicious brunch, (Which always amazes me how good it is) All 21 of us youth and all gathered in the Challis' living room and discussed the joys and levels of Service. Recognizing the indwelling of our God through His Thought Adjusters, we all told examples of what we had done in service to others and how service has come to be important in our lives. We ended with a 5 minute silent meditation and have all come away with and increased will to serve. Thank you Susan for your service to us!
