BY-LAWS OF
URANTIA BOOK SOCIETY OF
OKLAHOMA
CHAPTER I
DUTIES OF THE SECRETARY
Paragraph 1.1. Report to the Secretary-General of THE FELLOWSHIP all elections of the Society's officers within thirty days of said election. (FELLOWSHIP Constitution Article V, Section 5.4 and By-laws Chapter I, Paragraph 1.1-1.5)
Paragraph 1.2. Maintain a permanent record of each member. (FELLOWSHIP By-laws Chapter I, Paragraph 1.1)
Paragraph 1.3. Maintain a record of transfers of membership. (FELLOWSHIP By-laws Chapter I, Paragraph 1.4)
Paragraph 1.4. Provide certification of Membership upon written request of the Secretary of any other FELLOWSHIP Society, or any officer of THE FELLOWSHIP. (FELLOWSHIP By-laws Chapter I, Paragraph 1.1)
Paragraph 1.5. By January 10 of each year, send to the Secretary of THE FELLOWSHIP an official membership census of the Society (total members only). (FELLOWSHIP By-laws Chapter I, Paragraph 1.2)
Paragraph 1.6. Report to the Secretary-General and to the Secretary of THE FELLOWSHIP, any expulsion of a member of the Society. (FELLOWSHIP By-laws Chapter I, paragraph 1.6)
Paragraph 1.7. Within fifteen days after election, notify the Secretary of THE FELLOWSHIP of the names of the delegate and alternate-delegate elected to the Triennial Delegate Assembly, certified by the President of the Society. (FELLOWSHIP By-laws Chapter VI, Paragraph 6-3.)
Paragraph 1.8. Notify all members of the pledge requirement for Active Membership within ten days after the Annual Meeting.
Paragraph 1.9. Maintain two current address lists, one of all Active Members and the second of all other members, and upon request, make these lists available to Active Members.
Paragraph 1.10. Notify any member of any change in his or her membership status within fifteen days of such change.CHAPTER II
DUTIES OF THE TREASURER
Paragraph 2.1. Remit to the Treasurer of THE FELLOWSHIP ten percent (10%) of all gross receipts quarterly, before the 15th of April, July, October and January, accompanying such remittance with a financial report. (FELLOWSHIP Constitution Article V, Section 5.5, By-laws Chapter III, Paragraph 3.2)
Paragraph 2.2. Receive, deposit and promptly notify the Secretary of all pledges received.
